Harvest from the wildest native bush.
Born in Tahiti, we moved to Aotearoa (New Zealand) in 2014. Stung by a passion for beekeeping back home, we decided to be part of the NZ honey industry. Over time our apiaries have grown throughout the local region, servicing local honey demands, now we are starting to export into Europe. Working with other beekeepers, we have kept supplying pure Manuka Honey as sustainability as possible.
There are several types of honey in the world, but there is only one Manuka honey. Aotearoa's whenua (land) has much indigenous or native forest, where our bees can source the purest pollen from this unique environment, where the richness of soil guarantees our bees to have a healthy life far from intensive agriculture.
Earlier on our beekeeping journey, we formed a partnership with a local kiwi family. We used our children's names to identify our label, AHA. It represents the first letter of our children's names: Akitahi (our daughter) - Heidi - Ameliya (Our partner's children).

"The quality of our honey is undisputed, it reflect the importance of our industry. For me beekeeping is more than job... its a passion."
At AHA Honey we grow our culture around our core value. As a small family business, it gives us an identity and to our honey a story of its own.
Family values have grown our business to where it is today. Our customers are important, we want feedback and to keep improving our products to ensure AHA Honey is enjoyed by all. Beekeeping is our legacy for the futur generation.
Our honey is constantly monitored and audited along the production chain to guarantee it's quality and authenticity.
Transparency is the best way to build trust. AHA traceability system allows our honey to be tracked back along the processing chain to the hive it was harvest.
Respecting the pure Manuka Honey, we have packaged with recyclable glass jar, we have tried to continue sustainable processing delivery model. So too, our business relationships have been built in a sustainable manner.
