"I first learned the art of beekeeping in Tahiti before moving to New Zealand. Here, I had the privilege of working with one of Taupo's most respected beekeepers, which deepened my understanding of New Zealand's unique honey industry. Over the years, I’ve grown my own hives and turned this passion into a thriving family business.
